🧾 1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
  • Digital software licenses (including Microsoft products and antivirus software) are non-refundable once activated or downloaded.

  • If your product key is invalid or does not activate, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before the product has been activated.

  • For subscriptions or antivirus renewals, refunds are available only before the license has been used or registered.

For security and licensing reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered or activated:

  • Activated or redeemed licenses

  • Activated or redeemed antivirus subscriptions

  • Electronic software downloads (ESD)

  • Gift cards or store credit

  • Products that have been intentionally altered, misused, or shared publicly

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If you paid with store credit or gift card, refunds will be issued as store credit.
