The sale of all Avidley products and services is subject to our Return Policy. Failure to return products as per the policy constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This sale is subject to the terms herein, on the order confirmation, and all accompanying documents (collectively, the “Terms of Sale”). These terms replace any customer-issued terms or purchase orders. In case of conflict, Avidley terms prevail.
All product orders placed with Avidley are subject to acceptance by us.
Avidley accepts major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, American Express, and popular UPI apps (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay). No additional surcharges apply.
All prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other applicable taxes under Indian law. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes or providing valid exemption certificates.
Title to products passes to the customer upon dispatch from Avidley. Title to software remains with the applicable licensor(s).
Products may only be returned according to Avidley Return Policy. All returns must include:
Shipping costs for returns must be prepaid by the customer and are non-refundable. Non-compliance with return procedures may result in charges and account suspension.
Avidley is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supplier delays. Product quantities are subject to availability, and we may allocate at our discretion.
Products are provided as is. Avidley does not warrant merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some local laws may limit these exclusions.
Avidley may change materials, specifications, or product attributes at any time without notice. Products may be shipped in multiple packages.
Software included with products is protected by copyright and Indian law. License rights are specified in the included license agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. The prevailing party in any legal action may recover costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Customers may not assign rights or obligations without Avidley written consent.
These Terms of Sale constitute the entire agreement and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
Avidley accepts major credit/debit cards, UPI payments, and net banking options. Debit card authorizations are charged immediately; hold release timing is controlled by the issuing bank.
